On this page, you'll find our Resale Conditions & Disclosures form. This should be signed by the buyer of any home in our association.

Detail is provided on setting up automatic payment of the monthly association fee to Colby Management. A Surepay authorization agreement is included. This form should be completed and forwarded, along with a voided check, to Colby.

Prospective buyers should also examine the Declaration of Restrictions (with amendments) and Bylaws & Rules of the HOA under "Rules" in the menu.
