On this page, you'll find information on the Emergency Medical Lockbox program from the Sun City Fire Department, the Emergency Entry & Notification form we use within our association, and the Resident Emergency Information Card program from the Sun City Posse.
Please note that the yellow Information Card is for reference only. An original hard copy card must be used to request this free service. The card and pre-addressed envelope may be obtained from any board member, at any recreation center, or at the offices of the Sun City Posse, 10861 W. Sunland Drive, Sun City, AZ.
